Patricia Reed Dalby, known as "Reed, is a freelance photographer and Founder/CEO of KENTER REED Photography & Design LLC. Reed infuses her graphic design experience as well as her eye for light, color, texture, and balance into her photos. Known as The Land of Enchantment, New Mexico offers fruitful venues for photographic opportunities, including the historic town of Mesilla and the city of Las Cruces, where Reed resides. You will find that design and nature go hand in hand in Reed's photos, involving the landscape, neighborhoods, historical buildings, and festivals of the Southwest, as well as scenic views and special places in Reed's beloved La Jolla, California. It is hoped that by viewing Reed's photos you experience emotion conjured by one or more of your senses. Reed is a member of the Photographic Society of America, Dona Ana Arts Council, Dona Ana Photography Club, Las Cruces Arts Association, and El Paso Art Association.

I have not been doing much photography. My husband, Don, has been unwell and I have been caring for him.He has had 2 heart attacks and has had 3 stents. Hopefully he is getting better. Plus I would enjoy getting out more and doing more photography. I have missed ELCC.

I'm an intermediate to advanced photographer, who prefers to shoot landscapes and nature. I'm a CPA and the controller of a grocery store chain. I am a serious photo hobbyist, who loves to get new equipment and photography toys. I like to take photos of landscapes and birds, but I also love night photography and macro.

Formerly worked in development for a private school in Albuquerque. Started photography 3 years ago. Shoot landscape and wildlife and love both. If I had to choose one it would be wildlife. Shoot with a Canon 5d4 and 16-35, 24-70, 100-400, 500 lens. Amateur award winner in New Mexico magazine and Bosque del Apache.

I've had shuttering experiences for as long as I can remember. But none as great as when I lift my camera to capture an image. Each photograph, good or bad, is a result of something I feel at the time I snap the shutter. That's me you see when you look at my photographs. My style is not limited to any particular style. My "style" is whatever strikes me at the time of my shuttering experience. My passion is black and white photography. My photography is defined by five words: Structure, Texture, Light, Shadow, Form.
